It Must Be 1999 Again, Because Bella Thorne Just Debuted Chunky Highlights

View this post on Instagram A post shared by BELLA (@bellathorne) on May 14, 2020 at 12:42pm PDT We may be well into the year 2020, but with the handful of celebrities showing off their chunky highlights these days, it sure feels like we've all recently taken a trip back to 1999. Bella Thorne is the latest star to try out the look, as she just debuted her new hair color via Instagram on May 14. "New hair, thoughts?? E girl ???" she captioned a photo in which she's wearing face-framing blond highlights. Thorne previously wore her brunette hair with the ends dip-dyed blue and other blue highlights added throughout her head, but like many other people trying new things with their hair lately , her recent change is probably a result of her just trying to pass time while at home. She joins other stars like Jennifer Lopez and Kylie Jenner who've popped up wearing the hair-color trend in recent months. Check out Thorn

16 Products That Banish Razor Bumps and Burns For the Closest Shave Possible

Image
When taking hair removal into your own hands for the first time, you may have to learn how to safely wax at home or shave your bikini line . But even if you've done it before with no problems, there's always the chance for razor burn or nicks. Luckily, there are products that can help both of those processes go even more smoothly - and leave skin smoother, too. Some of these products are already known options before or after shaving your legs , but there are other items at Sephora you may not have ever considered (like, say, lip balm). And while a few may be traditionally marketed to men , it won't take long reading through the comments from other shoppers before finding women who admit they love using them on legs, brows, and more. Of course, even though all of these things can soothe your skin at some point during the hair-removal process (including waxing), it's always important to test on a smaller area at first , especially if you're sensitive. It's Official - Paris, Milan, and London Fashion Week Are All Going Digital This Summer

Image
It looks like we'll be seeing a lot more digital fashion shows this summer. The coronavirus pandemic has caused the fashion industry to change its regular Fashion Week format for the next few seasons, and many major events like the Met Gala , the CFDA Awards, and the Cannes Film Festival have all been postponed indefinitely. We've already seen designers like Jacquemus adapt to the new normal by creating fashion campaigns shot via FaceTime starring celebrities like Bella Hadid . Carine Roitfeld even turned her CR Runway show into an online event that premiered live on YouTube, as did Vogue with its virtual event A Moment With the Met . The British Fashion Council announced that London Fashion Week would be taking place online in June this year. The new digital format will allow brands to showcase collections in whatever format they want, ranging from a virtual runway show all the way to a podcast. Milan Fashion Week will be hosting the first Milan Digital Fashion Week from

Crocs Thoughtfully Expands Its Shoe Donations to Servers, Cooks, Delivery Drivers, and More

Image
After Crocs successfully launched its "free pair for healthcare" initiative in March, the brand is generously taking its donations a step further. On Friday, May 15, the company is transitioning into its "Pairs That Care" phase, which allows "servers, line cooks, grocery store attendants, delivery drivers, retail employees, and anyone else that has been significantly affected by the [COVID-19] crisis" to sign up for free shoes via the website at 12 p.m. ET. Crocs will continue to grant donations until the day's fulfillment has been allotted and kindly asks people to take advantage if they are in need of shoes that are easy to clean for their line of work or unsure where their next paycheck is coming from. Not only is Crocs working hard to make sure to distribute shoes, its leaders are brainstorming even more ways to give back while people continue to struggle. The brand will resume sending shoes to healthcare workers on Monday, May 18. POPSUGAR ask

If I Actually Knew How to Braid, I'd Definitely Try One of These Fulani Braid Hairstyles

Image
No, I'm not here to talk about how much I wish I was better at braiding my hair . I am, however, here to talk to you about Fulani braids, a style that I've very recently added to my internal list of braided hairstyles I need to try. It's the same look Rihanna recently wore on the red carpet when she attended the British Fashion Awards in December, and though we never put it past her to set or popularize a trend, it's been around for ages. Fulani braids were originated by the Fulani people, a Muslim community in the Sahel zone and West Africa, and the style normally consists of cornrows that are braided into a specific pattern. There's no one way to wear them; most of the time when you see someone with Fulani braids, the pattern will consist of one cornrow going down the middle of the scalp, with other braids surrounding it on either side, though in Rihanna 's case, her hairstylist chose to recreate the style by braiding her hair in alternating directions on
