Plenty of Met Gala fans point to the 2018 event as a particularly good year — and Christian Louboutin agrees. During his FN cover shoot, the French designer looked back on some of his favorite celebrity moments in his career. At the top of his list was accompanying actress Blake Lively to the 2018 Met Gala , which had the theme “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.” “It was a very fun preparation. To mark the first Monday in May, Vogue is live streaming a digital fashion event, A Moment With the Met, exclusively on YouTube. While we wait patiently for the opening of the Costume Institute's newest exhibition on 29 October, Vogue 's A Moment With the Met promises an intimate evening with "a special performance by Florence + The Machine and a DJ set by Virgil Abloh". The event kicks off on Monday, 4 May, at 6pm ET/10pm GMT on the magazine's American YouTube channel .
