Arriving at the State Dining Room yesterday for the event, the first lady debuted a white sleeveless dress with a cinched belt waist and a knee-sweeping hemline; the design comes from one of her favorite brands, Max Mara, and retails for $945 at Net-a-Porter . The white colorway of her dress itself was a bold move as an age-old fashion decree discourages wearing white after Labor Day. Hot on the heels of its Neymar signing , Puma is adding to its soccer scorecard. The sports giant is teaming up with cult street wear label KidSuper. Puma and KidSuper are collaborating on a capsule collection inspired by KidSuper founder Colm Dillane’s love of soccer. There are to be two drops with the first hitting stores this week, Sept.17. KidSuper x Puma features garments, accessories and five shoe styles — KidSuper takes on the Puma Style Rider, Nitefox, Cell Dome Sock, Oslo City and Wilo slide. The look is retro and colorful with soccer inspired prints and KidSuper signature doodle graphics. The outfit matched a coordinating sports bra and leggings together, both coming in a neutral pale pink shade coated with animal-inspired spots. This year has been all about the “ Bushwick Birkin ” — and the It bag just made Teflar Clemens a CFDA winner. The Brooklyn-based designer won the CFDA’s 2020 Accessories Designer of the Year award, an honor that in recent years has gone to names like Coach’s Stuart Vevers, Proenza Schouler’s Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough and Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen of The Row. The designer’s Telfar bag has been such a hit over the past few months that a summer drop even crashed his site. But the designer has more than just a hit handbag going for him:  After a collaboration with Converse last year, Telfar launched his own footwear line at Pitti Uomo in January , with a loafer style and Western-style boots forthcoming this fall.
