Back In Stock Alert: The "Flutter" Leggings That Always Sell Out in a Single Day

Image
Big fan of Alo leggings here. And based on how often I here people talking about them in my weekly workout classes, I know I'm not the only one. Alo is one of those brands that sets  legging and activewear trends on a regular basis (and considering the brand releases new items every week, it's very regular).  One of the Alo-produced items that caught my eye in recent months is its Flutter Leggings , which just restocked in black. They're made of Alo's signature Airbrush fabric (which is buttery smooth and all-around perfect) with a chic high waist. But what sets them apart is the trendy slit at the hem. It obviously looks cool, but it also allows for extra ventilation and highlights your sneakers—all good things. I noticed that the first time around they sold out immediately, then they restocked (I get the email alerts) and sold out within a day. So for a third time, they're fully stocked and likely on their way to selling out again. Keep scrolling to grab them

Blake Lively Wore a Reformation Dress in the Most Popular Print of the Year

Image
You and I aren't the only ones who love to shop at Reformation . It's hardly a secret that celebrities also love the wildly popular retailer's pretty dresses, skirts, tops, and everything else. One of those celebrities is Blake Lively, and she's clearly clued into the pretty print that people lost it over when it first debuted earlier this season (including our Senior News Editor Erin, see below). The name of the print is Heath , and the Bridgerton vibes are strong. The softly colored print resembles wallpaper that would be in a Victorian-era house, with its combination of pink flowers, bows, and woven columns. The top made its first appearance on a smocked top with a fitted bodice. It quickly sold out (but is now back in stock) and Reformation quickly started releasing other styles in the print as well. Lively opted for a linen midi dress with a bustier-style bodice and ruffled hem. She paired it with fisherman-style jellies, which I fully support. Keep scrolling to s

Zoe Saldana Wore the $65 Sneakers With First-Class Nordstrom Reviews

Image
I've been repurchasing Superga sneakers for at least 10 years now and I have the receipts to prove it. Okay, not literal receipts but I have mentioned it in my past stories  and they make regular appearances on my Instagram . So when I saw that Zoe Saldana shares my affinity with the practical and reasonably-priced sneakers, I knew I had to cover it. Saldana was photographed in a super casual outfit in between takes on the set of her new movie, From Scratch . She wore a Free People blouse, basic skinny jeans, and Superga  Cotu Sneakers in Navy  ($65). As it happens,  Kate Middleton is also a fan of the same style and has worn them on numerous occasions. Oh, and a few hundred positive reviews on Nordstrom 's website are the cherry on top. Scroll down to shop for Zoe Saldana's sneakers.  On Zoe Saldana: Free People shirt; Superga Cotu Sneakers in Navy ($65) Next, editors in their 20s and 30s agree on these 4 trends (but disagree on these 2) . My Summer Vibe Is '90s Margiela and Helmut Lang—Here's My Shopping List RN

Image
Being a stringent planner is not my strong suit. Unless it's a vacation—in that case, I'm usually the first to book the tickets and the hotel—I can be a reluctant procrastinator. What I do meticulously plan though is my summer wardrobe. There's something about the start of the warm weather that gets my sartorial juices flowing and really motivates me to take charge and put in some effort. How I plan my summer looks go a little something like this: I browse for images that make me feel inspired and then use that to mood board a whole vibe I have in mind for the summer.  This season, I'm hopelessly stuck on Helmut Lang and vintage Martin Margiela. Recently I found myself looking over archival runway images and fashion campaigns from the 90s, and couldn't believe how much of both designers' fashions are still relevant right now. The two brands were instrumental in shaping the edgy, 90s cool-girl aesthetic that so many brands today source as their inspiration. Need
