If you somehow weren’t already aware, Beyoncé is really living the ultimate dream life. Yesterday, the “Partition” singer boarded a private helicopter alongside her kids in glam fashion. For the busy day, Beyoncé opted for a long-sleeve orange blouse courtesy of Area, complete with a glittering dipped neckline; the bright top came tucked into a zip-up maroon skirt as well as a snakeskin belt bag for a pop of texture. On her feet, Beyoncé rounded out the look with see-through nude heels. PVC footwear rose to prominence in 2018 and has since become a staple on the celebrity style scene. Brands like Gianvito Rossi, Christian Louboutin and Givenchy have jumped on the clear shoe train with bold heels and studded designs that flatter the foot and elongate the legs. Lori Harvey is proving that the trends of the 1990s are back to stay for once and for all. The model stepped out and about in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Wednesday in retro-chic fashion, kicking off with low-rise jeans from Vetements. Typically retailing for over $1,500, the baggy jeans came matched to a scooped neck white bralette and square-frame sunglasses. The outfit also included a recognizable green clutch bag from one of Harvey’s favorite brands, Bottega Veneta . Low-rise bottoms, like halter tops and tracksuits, were a common sight decades ago as stars elevated their off-duty attire with bold tube tops and square-toe sandals amongst other major trends. YG has spent the better part of his career solidifying himself as a tough, but laid-back West Coast rapper and entrepreneur. That’s why his collaboration with K-Swiss, known for its low-profile comfortable tennis shoes, makes so much sense. Today, the first of their collaborations dubbed Disco retails for $120 and is available exclusively on Footlocker.com. Disco is a glittering version of the LX, K-Swiss’ classic leather tennis shoe that features its signature 5-stripe, 3-piece toe design. Metal D-rings that act as eyestays have been added, while a co-branded YG x K-Swiss hit is on the insole and shoebox. Though the Disco shoe sounds simple in context, its vibrant design is not.
