Bangs are back on the rise, with at-home haircuts motivating the trend now more than ever. With celebrities like Rosalía, Selena Gomez, and Miley Cyrus making such a strong case for the hairstyle, it's hard to resist the urge to cut your own fringe. The list of potential styles goes on and on - layered, eye-skimming, blunt, shaggy - but by far the easiest style, and the safest, if you ask us, is curtain bangs.

If this is your first soirée with bangs, the curtain style is beginner-friendly. The slightly longer cut allows you to incorporate them into your regular hairstyle without having to make too many changes - blunt bangs don't offer that same mercy.

To show you just how easy it is to style curtain bangs, Instagram user Gisele Ayora did a quick tutorial. In it, she used Not Your Mother's She's a Tease Volumizing Hairspray ($14) and a 1.75 curling wand to achieve her final look. Seems easy enough, right?
