Rihanna’s Third Savage x Fenty Fashion Show Will Premiere Next Month on Amazon Prime
Rihanna is returning to the fashion circuit for her next Savage x Fenty fashion show.
The singer’s groundbreaking lingerie brand will debut its third runway collection, Savage x Fenty Vol. 3, on Amazon’s Prime Video platform on Sept. 24. The upcoming line, which has been teased to contain body-contouring details and “unconventional silhouettes,” according to a statement, will be available to shop on Amazon Fashion’s Savage X Fenty store and Savage x Fenty’s website immediately afterwards. The show will also be streamed to over 240 countries worldwide, cementing both Fenty and Amazon’s global presence.
Rihanna herself shared the news on Instagram, teasing the show in a range of outfits. While posing in a mirrored room, the singer wore what appeared to be a sparkly blue minidress and matching thong, as well as a leather bustier, lacy black crop top, black bodysuit and a dark yellow top-and-skirt set. Naturally, all looks were paired with plenty of bold jewelry — and perfectly framed the “Needed Me” musician’s new short haircut. “Oh you think you ready ?!,” she captioned the post.
Though it’s a given we’re fully unprepared for the dazzling and daring ensembles that will grace the runway, viewers can prepare by watching the first and second Savage x Fenty shows — Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, respectively — on Amazon Prime now. Styles from both collections are also currently available to shop in Amazon’s Savage X Fenty store, as well.
Savage X Fenty has usurped the lingerie industry as a leader in diversity and inclusivity since it launched in 2018. The brand’s colorful and sultry pieces are crafted in an XS-XXXL size range to embrace every body type, ensuring nobody feels excluded. Aside from its leading “Bad Gal,” Savage x Fenty’s past shows have also featured appearances and performances from a range of celebrities, including Paris Hilton, Lizzo, Rosalia, Big Sean and Normani, among numerous others. Though there haven’t been confirmations as to who will model and perform in this year’s show, it’s sure to be an energetic, star-studded affair.
