Winnie Harlow Demonstrates How to Elevate Your Sweats in a Lace-Up Bodysuit & Gucci Trainers
Winnie Harlow proved that you don’t have to sacrifice comfort for bold style.
The model grabbed a bite to eat in chic fashion on Monday night at celeb-favorited spot Craig’s restaurant in Los Angeles. For the outing, Harlow tucked a lace-up bodysuit into relaxed white sweats from PrettyLittleThing, with whom she recently launched her own collaboration.
Color-coordinated attire has quickly become the must-see styling hack of 2021, offering a streamlined route into a chic ensemble. Major names like Tracee Ellis Ross, Eva Longoria and even Michelle Obama and Jill Biden have tried out the trend for themselves in the past weeks alone.
To elevate the look further, the Jamaican-Canadian star tapped Gucci in a set of chunky kicks. The low-top GG Rhyton trainers feature mixed layers of logo panels as well as incorporated overlays of leather and canvas; also including pops of to pink and navy, the shoes come set atop a plush 1.6-inch midsole. Fans can shop the design for $830 at Farfetch.
As for Harlow herself, the sleek slides join a slew of top styles residing in her footwear closet. The 27-year-old previously modeled shoes from Ugg, Christian Louboutin, Bape and Fendi. She also dipped her toes into design herself with a series of collaborations with Steve Madden as well as a recent partnership with Puma.
Harlow announced her link to the athletic brand in June through a post on Instagram, writing that she chose “to partner with a brand that gives me the opportunity to champion people and organizations working to make meaningful change.” The star also said that her first act with Puma will be to donate products to The Trayvon Martin Foundation to support the organization’s summer STEM camp.
