Priyanka Chopra's Met Gala Makeup Artist Was None Other Than Her 3-Year-Old Niece

For her Met Gala look this year, Priyanka Chopra took some artistic direction from an unlikely source: her three-year-old niece, Krishna. On the night of May 4 - which is when this year's Met Gala would've taken place - the actress shared a few photos of herself letting the toddler help her "get ready" for the event at home.

"First Monday in May," she captioned the photos. "This year's theme: Pretty Pretty Princess." The photos show Krishna placing a plastic tiara on Chopra's head and putting eyeliner, metallic gold eyeshadow, and lipstick on her face, and we honestly can't say that the Met Gala isn't normally crazy enough for this look to actually work.

This year's Met Gala event, which was themed "About Time: Fashion and Duration," was postponed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Instead of hitting the red carpet this year, Chopra hung out at home with her family along with the dozens of other celebrities who would've been showing off their over-the-top ensembles at the event as well. We may not have had many extravagant beauty looks to take inspiration from, but this is a pretty good alternative.

Check out Chopra's princess glam in the photos above, and her best Met Gala makeup looks over the years.
