Jennifer Lopez Reveals Show-Stopping Balmain Look For New Year’s Rockin’ Eve Performance
On the heels of 2021, Jennifer Lopez confirmed that she is strutting into the new year in style and will wear a full Balmain ensemble for her New Year’s Rockin’ Eve Performance in New York City tonight.
The “Hustlers'” actress, her stylists, Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, and Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing all revealed an exclusive look at the outfit, which features a floor-length blue dress and occasion-ready sequin blazer, teamed with over-the-knee boots from the French luxury label. The “On The Floor” singer wore what appears to be Balmain’s Semi-Sheer Tulle Bustier Dress in a soft blue color way. This dress retails for $1.295 and is available for purchase on modaoperandi.com.
Lopez topped off the tulle gown with a silver-sequined monogram jacket in black. While this exact outerwear piece does not seem available, the label’s $12,995 Embroidered Sequin Monogram Silk Jacket offers a similar look in a sparkling silver-embossed grey colorway. For footwear, the “Jenny From The Block” star teamed the statement pieces with a pair of black patent leather thigh-high boots with a pointed toe and towering stiletto heel. While this model does not appear to be available, the Balmain XX Thigh High Boots offer a similar aesthetic.
