Kourtney Kardashian Gets Festive in a Fringe-Coated Dress & Peek-a-Boo Sandals
Kourtney Kardashian brought the holiday spirit to Poosh this week.
The lifestyle brand’s founder rounded up her favorite Christmas songs for a new playlist on the site, posing in festive attire to send the message home. In an image shared to Instagram last night, Kourtney danced her way into the holidays wearing a fringe-coated gown by a well-decorated Christmas tree. The design comes from Azzaro Couture’s fall ’18 collection and features a sheer black material with blue tinsel-inspired adornments.
From under the high-leg slit of her gown peeked out the media personality’s choice of footwear, a towering classic black sandal set atop a square-toe silhouette.
Square-toe footwear returned to the celebrity scene in 2019 and has continued into this year as one of spring and summer’s biggest trends. Be it a classic boot, a flat slide or a towering stiletto heel, the minimalistic silhouette falls in line with a ’90s-inspired revitalization of fashion, as seen with combat boots and thong-toe shoe styles, as well as pops of neon color across apparel and footwear.
As for Kourtney, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star is no stranger to a squarer silhouette. One of her favorite takes on the trend comes from celeb-beloved brand Bottega Veneta and features a thong-toe twist as well.

In addition to her Yeezy pairs, the upcoming “He’s All That” actress also favors sneakers from Veja for her workouts and from New Balance for her off-duty style. Her go-to New Balance 990v5 sneakers offer a chunky “dad shoe”-style silhouette with a blown rubber outsole and durable midsole technology.
